at the center of every room is matcha itself, sourced directly from the farms we work with, prepared the way it was meant to be, and shared the way it was meant to be shared. slowly. intentionally. with care for where it came from and the hands that grew it.

our mission is to give matcha its room back. to put it back where it belongs, in ceremony, in culture, in conversation. to honor its origins while letting it breathe inside something new. to build a space where people can taste, learn, and feel the difference between matcha as a trend and matcha as a tradition.
