Letters to Our Inner Child
Six-year-old me has been behind more of Brewgirl than I realized. Now she wants to meet six-year-old you.
We’ll gather around a table, decorate our white cups with crayons, and drink Brewgirl matcha from the cups we made our own. Then we’ll write a letter to our younger selves. Tell them where life took you. Tell them what you still remember. Tell them something they’d be delighted to know.
You’ll take home your letter, your cup and a 10 g bag of unreleased Brewgirl matcha.

Sixteen seats. Three drinks. A whole different way into matcha.
Join me at the table for a 90-minute tasting built around three Brewgirl drinks and the bites chosen to go with them: a Nitro White Pear Osmanthus Matcha Latte with honeycomb, Roasted Chestnut Hojicha with a Lotus mooncake, and Black Sesame Matcha with salted caramel.
I’ll make and serve each drink as we move through the menu together. You’ll get the story behind each pairing, the chance to taste how the flavors change together, and time to sit with the experience. It’s the closest you can get to the way a Brewgirl drink begins in my head before it ever reaches a cup.

The Origin is a 60-minute class about the history behind the tea in your cup: powdered and whisked tea in China, how matcha later developed in Japan, and the Chinese matcha we’re bringing to Brewgirl.
You’ll learn to whisk the matcha yourself, then pour it into a Chinese-inspired milk tea base prepared for the class. You’ll drink what you made and leave with a separate, unopened 20 g bag of our Chinese matcha to make at home.
